Why Pop-in Care?
Pop-in Care, a Parentis Health company, delivers quality home care to clients in the Orange County, Inland Empire and Long Beach areas. We bring our services directly to your front door so you can enjoy the convenience and comfort of your own home. We assist the elderly, disabled, and those who are recovering with basic daily living tasks.
We’re not a typical home care agency. Because we specialize in short (1-4 hour) caregiving shifts, we focus on delighting our clients while making home care simpler, affordable, flexible, and efficient.

STEP 1: SCHEDULE YOUR ASSESSMENT
If you're a new client or if you are a current client who hasn't scheduled care in a while, we will need to do a personalized assessment before you can schedule a visit. We do this so we can determine if Pop-In Care is right for you!
Assessments can be done in person or over the phone. During an at-home assessment, our care manager will assess your (or your loved one's) condition, overall safety, and make recommendations if needed.
STEP 2: SIGN OUR SHORT SERVICE AGREEMENT
Once we've completed your assessment, we create your client profile, personalized care plan, and schedule of visits.
It's that simple!
STEP 3: SCHEDULE YOUR FIRST "POP-IN"!
Simply contact our office by phone schedule care visits.
And, voila! On your assigned day and time, a friendly Pop-in Care team member arrives and gets right to work!
